How do I order Matthew Ladders products?
You may purchase our products directly from our website or from a Matthew Ladders Authorized Distributor. You may click here to see a list of distributors near you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. For added security we utilize Pay Pal.
What is your warranty?
All products made by Matthew Ladders come with a three year limited warranty. Some of the other products we make available for you are not manufactured by Matthew Ladders and for those products we provide a one year limited warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product description page on the website. Specifics for each product can be found in the product's description page on the website.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. Please return the unused product in the original packaging for a full refund. If you used the product and are not satisfied then we will issue a full credit toward the purchase of another product.
How is my product(s) shipped?
Our standard and most economical shipping method is Fed Ex Ground. We can expedite your package through Fed Ex, but this will usually increases shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Matthew Ladders usually ships within one to two business days. Fed Ex Ground averages 3-10 days once the package leaves our warehouse. Please refer to your shopping cart for details.
Do you sell products in stores?
Yes. We currently sell into many stores that offer our products to consumers and we are constantly adding new stores. You may click here to see a list of distributors near you.
Where do your products come from?
All our Raw materials and/or products are purchased from American Companies
Are your products Green?
Whenever possible we use Green, environmentally friendly products. We also recycle as much scrap and waste as possible to support and strive to protect the environment.
How do I get in touch with you if I need additional assistance?
All products come with instructions and hardware when needed. Should you need additional assistance you may go to our website and download the product's instructions or watch our instructional videos. If you feel you need further assistance you may email or phone customer service.
How do I find out about future products, updates and recalls?
We have designed our website to keep all of our customers up to date with our, "News and Events" column located on the homepage of our website. In the event of a recall of any of our products we will contact you directly with the information you provide at checkout. We believe it is important to maintain our relationship with our customers and distributors, thus providing excellent customer service.
