M.S. Matthew – Founder, President/CEO

Matthew Ladders, Inc. is the brain-child of entrepreneur, M.S. Matthew. With a history of taking businesses and making them perform, he continues his tradition of genuine commitment to the customer into the ladder industry.

M.S. Matthew has long recognized the need for better and safer ladder equipment and accessories. This awareness applied the foundation for M.S. to derive the unique concept for a 'Safe Ladder' that is very difficult to tip over while in use. In 2010 M.S. began the process to bring this innovative idea to market. While developing what is now the Matthew Ladders Safe Ladder™, he designed several other cutting edge ladder accessories including Safe Step™, Safe Tray™, Safe Cap™ and Safe Paint™.

M.S. Matthew prides himself on providing the highest quality products available and surrounding himself with the best people around. The values of the company embody commitment, discipline and loyalty to each other, to the client, and to suppliers. M.S. personally oversees all operations, ensuring his high standards are upheld.

History

M.S. Matthew owned several companies in multiple industries prior to starting Matthew Ladders, Inc. One of his more recent businesses, Artisan Marble, Inc., was a cultured marble manufacturer that specialized in custom work, producing made-to-order counter tops, sinks, bath tubs, showers, walls, soap dishes and any customer contrived request. With a first rate product and superior customer service, Artisan Marble, Inc. secured large accounts with box stores and other retailers, as well as with contractors, builders, and the do-it-yourself homeowner.

One of Artisan Marble, Inc.'s largest box store clients commissioned Mr. Matthew to troubleshoot problems they were having with other vendors who were not delivering on their agreements. M.S. was able to identify and solve the problems in their operations, regaining profitability for both parties.

Through exceptional business arrangements such as this, Artisan Marble was so successful that an offshore industrial manufacturer approached M.S. and purchased his company.

Personal

Mr. Matthew takes the trademark of Matthew Ladders, Inc. "World's Safest Ladder" to heart, in that he epitomizes the character - "Made for the Working Man by the Working Man™." M.S. has consistently maintained some form of ranching operations at or near his home for many years. His experience as a certified auto and RV technician gives him valuable skills for these and other personal interests.

Along with building street rods and racecars, M.S. also enjoys getting behind the wheel and racing them. Mr. Matthew also enjoys designing homes and buildings for both residential and industrial applications and model railroading. Despite all of this, Mr. Matthew's true loves are fast cars, roping and horses and living the cowboy lifestyle.
